Marissa and Nathan have a fantastic youtube channel – Less Junk, More Journey; and they are also the creators of a great new app called Nomads Near Me. This fun app allows you to see where your RV friends are camping and meet new folks along the way. When you sign up, you can add information on your interests, RV lifestyle, family and travels. By doing this, if you travel with kids and want to meet other families, you can look at profiles to see who might be in your area. It has a mechanism for you to reach out and contact them. But the cool thing, is you can only see the exact location of those you have friended. This makes me feel safer!
When we spoke to this adorable couple about their RV journeys, we learned what motivated them to build this app and what is coming up for this fairly new app as it continues to grow. Download Nomads Near Me if you have IOS. They let us know that the Android version is in the works as well as other improvements.
